Conditions of Sale

Miss Martini online store offers a seven day exchange on goods at your own expense. Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations we are unable to offer an exchange on earrings or headwear so please make your selection carefully. There is no exchange on sale items. You must let us know by email what product you would like to exchange within seven days of receipt of goods. We will then email you with a customer returns form which you will have to fill out and return to us with the item in order for you to receive your exchange. Once we receive the item we will then be able to issue you an online credit voucher for the amount or an exchange for another product to the same value. Please note that we will charge the return delivery to your credit card and the price difference if this applies.

Please note that any online purchase must be returned online and cannot be returned in person to our retail store.

We cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage that is incurred during the delivery process.


Returns and Exchanges

If you have received your product and it is not what you expected you are able to exchange the product within seven days or receive an online credit voucher for the amount of that particular product. However due to hygiene regulations we unfortunately are unable to exchange earrings or headwear which are purchased so please make your selection carefully. There is no exchange on sale items.

In the event that you receive a faulty item you must advise us in writing by email within seven days of receipt of goods and return the item to us. A return email will then be sent to you containing a faulty items return form for you to fill out and send back with the item. At the discretion of the manufacturer we will gladly replace the faulty item for you with a new one at no extra cost. If the product is no longer available a full refund of the amount of the faulty product will be applied to your credit card.

Delivery

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of when you have made your online purchase. A delivery confirmation of your order you will then be emailed to you.

Within Australia all parcels up to 3kgs will be sent by platinum express post. This requires a signature on delivery so please be aware of this when providing your postal address to us.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes the item you have selected to purchase may be out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order (Especially during the busy wedding and holiday season October to February) . If this is the case we will email you within 48 hours of when the order is placed to let you know when the stock will be arriving and when you should expect delivery. 


Jewellery Care

In order to get the longest life time out of your costume jewellery we advise that you consider and follow these basic steps;

To keep your jewellery in its original condition please handle it with love and care.

Avoid the use of cleaning products, perfume, make-up, hairspray and body lotions.

Store your jewellery away from heat sources and natural sunlight. 

Clean your jewellery regularly with a soft polishing cloth.

Sterling silver tarnishes naturally and requires occassional cleaning.
